    Ahresty Wilmington Corporation offers a highly competitive total compensation package that includes salary commensurate with experience and educational background and an extensive benefits program. Various bonuses may be added to the associate’s total compensation depending upon the level of responsibility and job classification.

    A brief overview of Ahresty’s benefit package includes:

    Retirement Savings Plan:

    Ahresty offers an excellent 401k Retirement Savings Plans with matching company funds and many plan options for the associate’s future retirement security needs.

    Medical Insurance Plan:

    We offer a Core Plan that matches or exceeds the health insurance plans of the majority businesses nationwide, and a High Plan matched by few industries. Associates contribute 5% for the Core Plan or 15% for the High Plan with both plans offering single and family coverage.

    Dental Insurance Plan:

    We offer single and family plans for both preventive and restorative dental care. Associates contribute 21% of the premium cost.

    Vision:

    Our optional Vision Plan is paid by the associate and includes Associate Only, Associate + 1, and Family Plans covering expenses related to examinations and various types of eye wear.

    Short Term Disability:

    Ahresty provides free-of-charge disability insurance coverage or salary continuation depending upon the associate’s position.

    Long Term Disability:

    Ahresty provides free-of-charge long term disability insurance coverage that begins on the 91st day of disability.

    Universal Life:

    Ahresty provides free-of-charge life insurance at one times the associate’s annual salary. Available is also additional optional life coverage for the associate,associates’s spouse, and children at very affordable premium rates.

    AFLAC:

    A variety of supplemental insurance programs are offered at associate expense for personal and family member’s protection.

    Educational Program:

    Improve your general education;increase your current job skills; go for a degree; and expand your horizons by participating in Ahresty’s comprehensive educational program. We reimburse 100% for an A or B and 75% for C.

    Pre-tax Contributions:

    Associates’ contributions for our insurance benefit plans are made on a pre-tax basis.

    Flexible Spending Accounts:

    Associates can enroll in Ahresty’s Fexible Spending Account to save dollars by anticipating qualifying out-of-pocket health related expenses.
