The
following lists some of our key positions
with a brief description. We operate primarily
around the clock 5 days a week with some
continuous weekend operations, thereby,
offering job opportunities on any shift.

- Entry
Production Operators:
Operation of sophisticated, high volume
die cast machines or walking and automated
machining lines. A thorough in-house
training program provides all the necessary
skills training. Must have the ability
to learn our production, quality and
safety requirements; ability to handle
parts weighing from a few pounds up
to 30 pounds; and a strong work ethic
desiring a solid future with many learning
and growth opportunities.
- Quality
Auditors:
Will handle mass production inspection,
customer concerns, inspection and data
collection, problem investigations,
and other duties as assigned. CMM
experience a plus. Candidates must have
a good work ethic, positive attitude,
good verbal and written communication
skills.
- Die
Maintenance: Will perform a variety
of maintenance and repair functions
on large dies used in our 500 ton to
2250 ton die cast machines. Need experience
with lathes, EDM,
milling machines, welding, blue print
reading, use of measuring tools such
as calipers, micrometers, height and
depth gauges.
- Equipment
Maintenance: Performs mechanical
repair of industrial equipment, troubleshooting
and repair of PLC
Ladder Logic, hydraulic systems,
CNC machining
and electrically controlled industrial
equipment, metal fabrication, troubleshooting
and programming of robotics. Prefer
5 plus year of related experience in
maintenance with strong electrical background
including experience with PLC
Ladder Logic.
- Manufacturing
Engineers: Will be responsible for
establishing new processes, optimizing
existing processes, and troubleshooting
difficulties inherent within the die
cast and machining operations. Must
have a basic understanding of PLC
programming and proficiency in robotic
and CNC programming.
Requires a B.S. Degree in Mechanical
Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,
or equivalent discipline and no less
than 2 years of process engineering
related experience.
- Design
Engineers: Will design new and replacement
tooling; follow projects from design
to completion; communicate effectively
with customers, suppliers, and other
departments to meet production tooling
needs. Requires a B.S. Degree in Mechanical
Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,
or equivalent discipline with CAD
experience (Catia). PC word processing
and spreadsheet experience (Microsoft
Office preferred) is desired. Die casting/plastic
injection experience a plus.
- Floor
Supervisors: Oversees
the overall production in aluminum die
casting, machining, and assembly operations
on an assigned shift to ensure maximum
uptime and efficient operations of all
production equipment and production
support. Responsible for troubleshooting
and making recommendations for modifications
in order to meet and improve production
goals. Ensures that company objectives
are met including project, cost, quality,
and safety factors. Proven leadership
a must with a minimum of 5 years of
leadership experience in a manufacturing
environment.
